Alex has a good grasp of the English language along with a smattering of tact to deal with any issues that may arise when interacting with online communities. To complement this he has an analytical and professional nature when communicating on the internet whether that is via forums, emails or any other form of communication. Alex also has a basic understanding of Forum formatting code and basic HTML knowledge along with steadily growing multimedia authoring skills in a number of software packages.
