	Role: Say is the director of Public Relations and Web development. She is responsible for the development and maintenance of tsl-game.com (the public site), and postudios.com (the team site) as well as to coordinate all the efforts and logistics of the team and to uphold good relations with any third parties linked to the project. Below is a more in depth description of her various roles on the team. As Public Relations and Web Director, Say’s main duties are to evaluate on a weekly basis the work carried out by staff in the respective departments. This is achieved through discussions with assistant director Neil and regular meetings with the various members of staff. There is also monthly research carried out by Say which involves keeping in touch with any third parties connected with the project, and monitoring the adventure gaming community. The complete design of everything you see on the website was created by Say and any further additions are either also created by her or are at least screened for approval. Another major part of Say's role on the team is the monthly updates for the website. These can range in size from minor alterations and announcements to completely new features as was seen earlier this year in February when the site attained its new look and huge amount of new features. Incidentally due to this re-launch of the site, it is now accumulating hits in the region of 800,000 – 3,000,000 a month. Skills: Say is a Business Administrator graduate specialising in graphic design. She did an extensive 8-month research thesis in e-business and e marketing that gained the highest-ranking mark of all theses submitted that year. She has been a professional for over 3 years though, with many websites, corporate images and illustrations to her name which have been for a range of clients from long established companies in her country as well as many individual important clients, with a large client list from abroad, specifically Europe. Her varied expertise include business matters, planning and evaluation of projects, PR/HR development, personal training, event coordinations and of course her specific career development in design with strong e-marketing knowledge. Misc: She started in the Art department and went though PR over a year, moving from Assistant Director eventually to the Director of the department and also helping out in Co-ordination Department.
