Role:
César’s role as Co-Project Co-ordinator involves a large number of tasks, but to put it simply he shares the role of streamlining the entire project and trying to keep everything and everyone on track along with the other Project Co-ordinators, Say and Neil. The following passage may give you a better idea of what a regular day for César might entail… A regular TSL day for César begins the moment he wakes up. First on the long list of daily tasks is checking any emails or messages received during the night. He normally receives around 25 e-mails every day in regards to the process and development of different departments, so any questions or requests that can be responded to are taken care of. These can range from any number of topics spanning all departments on the team. For example, a request from the Art department could entail whether someone is waiting for approval on an assignment so they can move on, or questions related to the needs of the script for creating an assignment. Programming – Whether or not certain design features are plausible and general questions to do with the design side of the game. Music –approval on final themes or questions regarding a works in progress. PR - whether it's input needed on something they've produced, a reminder for an interview or event he must attend or participate in. The list goes on and on, but he oversees everything and anything happening in this game, basically being the only one that knows what's going on in all areas. So basically everything goes through César allowing him to keep things in order and organized with the respective department directors.

Skills:
At present, César is attending a Film and Digital Media program. This has helped the writing process immensely as it allows the script to be written from a movie perspective and more traditional literacy perspective; although the experience for writing the script has been culminating from the first time César started writing at 13 years old. Since then a wealth of literature in many forms has followed ranging from plays (which, incedently, César has also had the pleasure of appearing in and directing) to poetry to short stories of varying genres. While living in Venezuela, César toured with the UCAB Theatre carrying out social work as a theatre teacher, which benefited many children lacking a proper education. Not only did this hone his Theatrical skills but allowed him to develop important people skills, which are put to good use as Co-Director with constant decisions and compromises being made in every department of the team.
